All joking aside, some vacuum cleaners have a 'reverse' switch that blows air instead of sucking, presumably either for dusting purposes or to unstick something that gets caught in the hose while cleaning. I imagine if something like that were used to inflate, it would be very quick and rather difficult to control, but available in lots of places including homes, some stores, and gas stations.

Man that Holy Mackerel is near impossible...
I was level 6 and pretty well upgraded, and going all Hokuto no Ken on the button, but only managed to get it down to 15% HP before it fled.
Edit: After a second attempt, I'm proud to say the Mackerel is defeated, and the mermaid is FULL.
And my hand hurts from mashing buttons.

When portals are enabled, you can click and drag food from your inventory and teleport them inside a character. The line indicates where it will go, if you put it above the line it goes to the stomach, below the line goes to the bowels.

Will there be an option to disable voices?

Honestly, if they had actually been waiting all this time for that, I wouldn't even be mad. I'd just be happy to finally have the new update.

I'm not too worried about this game becoming 'irrelevant'.
No offense to Team Quimbly, who are clearly trying their little hearts out, but based on the current state of that game, plus the lack of meaningful content updates since it was first uploaded, It'll be quite a while before it reaches, let alone surpasses A.B.L. in quality.

Me too, to be honest. The whole 'pumping up a girl's belly so they can float while swimming' plot is a classic premise for inflation, and reminds me of that one Katou Hayabusa comic. (Which if you haven't already checked out, you definitely should. It's called "Air XX" or something like that.)

Man I'm more hyped than ever.
Between this and the sequel to Breath of the Wild, I'm not sure which I'm looking forward to more.

People of the comments section, which of these characters is your favorite?

It is absolutely not child friendly, no child should be playing this.
But with that said, I for one am looking forward to exaggerated, beach-ball sized stomachs. But I guess everybody has their limit (or lack thereof) on the size of belly they like. For me, depending on the shape, anything from the size of a basketball to the size of a refrigerator is great. :D

Yeah actually it'd be nice if there were an option or some other way to prevent characters from gaining a lot of weight, for those of us who like inflation but aren't into fat.

So when bursting is added, will "running to the bathroom" be removed, or will it be a percentage chance to happen instead of bursting? Or maybe will bursting be something that only happens at higher capacities?
